🔁 7-Day Free Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there's an issue with your order, we're happy to offer returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Eligible Returns:

  • You received the wrong design, size, or a damaged product

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

❌ Returns Not Accepted:

  • If the product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences

  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

🔄 How to Request a Return:

  2. Share your order number and product pictures

  3. We will guide you for replacement dispatch.

  4. If eligible, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after inspection

💡 If the issue is from our side (e.g. wrong item sent), you will not be charged anything for return or replacement.
