Return & Exchange Policy

At RNM Textile, we pride ourselves on offering direct-from-factory prices. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages and Issues (Unboxing Video Required)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. IMPORTANT: To claim a refund for a damaged or missing item, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened.

Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

4. Returns on Bundle/Promotional Offers (Important)

If you purchased items as part of a "Buy More, Save More" or "Factory Wholesale" bundle (e.g., Buy 4 Save Rs. 2800) and choose to return only part of the order:

  • The bundle discount will be voided.

  • The items you keep will be charged at their Regular Full Price.

  • The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the full price of the items you kept from the total amount paid.

Example: If you bought 4 suits to get the wholesale rate but return 3, the 1 suit you keep will be charged at the normal single-piece price, not the discounted rate.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, we will send out the new item (e.g., a different size or color). Customers are responsible for shipping costs on "Change of Mind" exchanges.

6. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized stitching).

  • "Clearance" items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved: You will be refunded.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 2-3 business days after we receive the return.
